We tend to focus only on our physical body when considering our health & wellbeing, but even with healthy diet & daily practices, we are often still feeling tired and depleted.
So why is this?

WE ARE NOW RECOGNISING THAT IF WE WANT TO LIVE & FEEL WELL, WE NEED TO ATTEND TO ALL ASPECTS OF SELF ie. PHYSICAL, MENTAL, EMOTIONAL & SPIRITUAL
When any of these are out of balance, we become sick.
The symptoms being expressed physically, mentally or emotionally are like a warning light in a car. It is essential to look at all these aspects if we want to enjoy optimal health & wellbeing as often the causes are multi-faceted.
Therefore, my sessions offer support for the physical body as well as help to clear mental, emotional and energy blocks.
PERSONAL CONSULTATIONS:
I passionately believe that healing does not come simply from one method or approach. Or that there is such a thing as a “quick fix”
For sure – if we sprain an ankle, we can use various methods to help it to heal quicker.
For example: rest, ice, heat, nutrition, anti-inflammatory herbal teas/tinctures – and likely a homeopathic remedy as it is an EXCELLENT tool for first aid type cases.
BUT – we are missing an essential part of the process.
As a child, when we fell over or hurt ourselves our natural response would most likely have been to cry (sometimes howl!), then go for a cuddle with our parent/carer and only THEN follow the above treatments to help the physical wound.
Therefore, this suggests the “energy” of pain (generated as an involuntary response by the brain/nervous system) needs to have an emotional outlet & release which is just as important to process as the physical one.
As Adults of course we don’t do that.
We will all have our own story as to why we stopped this natural response, but it will most likely be due to a societal construct in some way.
So – even with this small example we can see that we have already created a conflict within ourselves.
The pain hurts – I want to cry – I have been told I “shouldn’t” - therefore I now have another conflict between my natural instincts & what I am “trying to be” in order to not be judged/told off or whatever our personal experience within our framework & models have been.
Sound familiar? I think this applies to most of us in some way.
Suppressing our emotions, thoughts, words create blocks in our natural flow of energy as we do our best to “hold them in”, but after a while we start to lose connection with our true sense of self which gets further buried & we start to get this increasing sense of being “lost” with no idea how to find our way back.
Once we start to realise that our thoughts & emotions are a form of energy then we become aware that if these get stuck in a repeating loop or are not expressed naturally then there can only be stagnation in our energy field which is mirrored in our physical body – and even in our life experiences, where we find we keep having the same thing “happen to us” over and over again.
Much of my work therefore is to look at the “web” that we have found ourselves entangled in and to help slowly untangle & reframe it.
Whist we tend to start off looking at the symptoms your physical body is expressing inevitably we do delve into the other areas.
I am an empath & intuitive, so this is done ENTIRELY at YOUR own pace with full respect for boundaries & a pace that is comfortable for you. All of my treatments are natural with no side-effects & are designed to reactivate your body’s own natural healing mechanism.

During these sessions, the sounds will effortlessly take you in to a deeply relaxed state as your brain waves alter from beta (when we are actively thinking & mentally engaged), to theta (where we access our inner “knowing”, intuition and creativity). This is where we step aside from the narrative running in our mind & can access a different perspective, therefore it is like a meditation guiding you beyond thought whilst also allowing your body to relax.
